Owner & Program Director
Jeny Quintanilla is the owner and program leader of Amiguitos Daycare, committed to providing a safe, warm, and well-organized environment for children’s development. She has three years of experience in child care and is currently working toward her Washington State Associate Certificate.
With a deep love for children, Jeny finds purpose in supporting their growth and daily learning. She is known for her dedication, patience, and sensitivity, helping children feel valued and cared for.
Jeny oversees program administration, meal planning and supervision, and ongoing support for lead teachers. She also participates in continuous trainings to ensure compliance, quality, and consistency with Washington State requirements.
Lead Teacher | Toddlers (1–2 Years)
Mariel Del Valle is a caring and dedicated educator with over two and a half years of experience in early childhood care. She has worked as a Lead Teacher and classroom coordinator for children ages 1 to 2, providing structured, attentive, and loving care during a key developmental stage.
She is known for her warmth, patience, and close connection with children, creating an environment where they feel safe, valued, and supported. Mariel encourages emotional development, independence, and confidence through respectful, individualized care.
Currently a Lead Teacher at Amiguitos Daycare, she demonstrates strong leadership and classroom management. Mariel is also pursuing her Washington State Child Care Certificate and regularly participates in required trainings to stay aligned with state standards.

Kaily Flota is a Lead Teacher at Amiguitos Daycare with two years of experience in child care. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, strengthening her professional skills each day.
She is a loving, patient, and creative educator who creates a safe and trusting environment for children. Kaily enjoys planning engaging activities and projects that promote learning, curiosity, and skill development in meaningful ways.
She also participates in ongoing trainings and professional development, ensuring compliance with Washington State standards and best practices. Her goal is to create positive experiences that help children feel happy, secure, and supported in their growth.
